* EDF Lab
An Epitome of Energy Innovation and Exploration.
First of all, for a Company like EDF, for which Science and Technology are Key Elements, it was essential to establish itself in a Territory which, in the Long Term, will bring together 20% of French Research. In addition, EDF's R&D Activities are the Subject of Numerous Partnerships with the Academic World.
These Partnerships take Different Forms, but the most Successful is the Joint Research Laboratory which makes it possible to combine EDF Resources and those of an Academic Partner around a shared Scientific Roadmap. One of the Characteristics of EDF's R&D is that they work with all the Academic Partners of the Paris Saclay Campus, whether they are the Components of the University of Paris-Saclay or those of the Polytechnic Institute of Paris. The Prospect of a Geographical Rapprochement with these Establishments represented a Considerable Advantage, recently confirmed by the 14th Place obtained by the University of Paris Saclay in the Shanghai Ranking.
